Oversee maintenance department and all day-to-day functions of the production floor, vendors, janitorial staff, contractors, Environmental, health and safety issues. Added in continued growth and development of new product lines. I was the lead on a team to transfer a space product line from California to Arizona, which was completed on time and under budget.

Test all burn-in boards and make repairs when needed. Ensure all work stations and ancillary equipment is grounded from ESD damage. Promoted to Assistant Facility Manager and began self studies of lean manufacturing. Our business was a small 25,000 square foot office space and semi-manual manufacturing site that began to grow into a 114,000 square foot business in just a few short years. I was involved in many projects during these years of growth. I decided on my own to get certified in Six Sigma because of my personal interest in efficiency. This aided in cost avoidance and savings in several projects. I later went on to direct the expansion of our production and office area, lead the setup and initial product made for the DOD in our new classified area. I was a part of the leadership during that expansion and even received an award ( Extra Mile) from the CEO for leadership.
