Together with their partners they covers the areas of infrastructure, cloud, analytics, mobility, social, security, commerce and big dataAs a License Sales Specialist I was responsible of IBM Cognos Business Partners and also some named Business Partners in other IBM brand areas. I was serving as the Subject Matter Expert on IBM licensing for Business Partners and also Pedab personnel. I also provided licensing experti- se for special licensing opportunities by providing product licensing scenarios. This position was very customer relationship oriented and it demanded good knowledge of Ibm licensing and good network among IBM organization.

In a role of a Large Account Manager I am responsible of renewing software subscription and support contracts for largest IBM Software customers in Finland. I am taking care of 30 named customers by being in contact with them through out the year. My focus is to make sure customers are compliant in terms of licensing based on their usage vs. agreement and license terms. Based on my ongoing activity towards customers, I am also discovering possible changes in customers environment and needs for new software. This greats a great opportunity to up sell and making sure the customer is compliant. Within my work I am mostly meeting business owners and IT people of the customer. Being a member of a Nordic S&S sales team I am reporting to Ireland Dublin. In my role the work is very much face to face interaction with customers and for this reason my location is in Finland. I am working closely with IBM SWG brand sellers and Software Client Leaders. Working for IBM Software Group for several years gain extremely good network which I can use in becoming years.
