Project lead engineer with a focus on the calculation intensive projects in many different types of industries such as outdoor and indoor cranes, heavy duty lifting equipment but also challenges in the entertainment industry.As project lead I am responsible to make the translation of the customer wishes, regulations and use-cases of a machine to a comprehensible design project setup. During the project I have to guard the progress and quality as well as to keep in contact with the customer to ensure that the final product meets the desired quality.During the process we work in a project team with different disciplines where I am either fulfilling the role of a lead engineer or combine it with the structural engineer role.Besides the projects I also help and train my fellow colleagues in basic and more advanced structural calculations to ensure that the base of the company becomes more broad.

Working in a multi disciplinary team at the R&D department designing and building high speed electrical compressors and bearings. Main tasks are performance based theoretical design with Matlab, Mathcad and Comsol as well as practical performance testing and analysing and interpreting the results.
