I am in charge of the global Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers and support them to meet the high demands of the industry in terms of joining techniques, quality, 24-hour volume production, flexibility in product variants and short delivery times. The key to success is a smart machine concept, whereby machine safety, ergonomics, logistics, product quality control and output, together with perfect joining techniques have to be well considered. The automotive industry is my passion. My father was co-owner of a car service / dealership where I spent most of my youth. After my mechanical engineering and engineering management studies in both, the Netherlands and Germany, I started in 2005 in the consultative sales role. End of 2018 I moved with my family to southern Poland, which is nowadays the center of the automotive industry.
