As a social psychologist and director of De Wolf Training & Advies, I have over 25 years of experience in conducting behavioral research, training, and consulting on public safety and group behavior. I help organizations, teams, and employees improve their performance and well-being by addressing topics such as aggression, bullying, radicalization, trauma, communication, and team development.I have developed and implemented effective interventions to prevent and cope with various forms of violence, extremism, and stress. I have also written several publications on the psychological analysis and approaches to radicalization, and I am recognized as a radicalization expert by the National Expertise Broker of the Police Academy.
