In 2023 AREMIS Workplace Digital Services (WDS) has transitioned from a country-oriented approach to a dynamic transversal model, extending our services across borders to encompass Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Switzerland, and even Australia.In my role as Head of Tech WDS I am tasked, together with my colleagues, to lead this transformative journey. As a scrum master my role was to manage the development teams using the scrum methodology. Calculating the velocity, analyse and estimate the user stories with the developers, plan the upcoming sprints based on the product backlog and estimated story points, follow-up the progress during daily scrum meetings, discuss requirements with the business during product backlog review meetings and animate sprint review meetings with the developers.

Responsible for optimizing the website www.jobat.be. Product development, budget, manage web team, analyse business requirements, functional and technical analysis, manage external internet developments, development (online contests and the intranet )Manage IT (servers and clients) + IT supportMy businessplan for Jobat.be convinced the management to expand the online activities. At this time I decided to become freelance and during 3 months helped them with the analysis, website design, development and transfer of knowledge.

Besides guarding the quality of the ScientecMatrix website I also worked as an translator between the IT people and the authors. To make the scientific articles easier to read I started to do the layout including graphics. Gradually I also got involved in the development team (Lotus Notes) and started to construct the framework for a new corporate website.

This year I joined a new department at Skillteam to start developing new internet websites. After working on the Axa and Umicore websites I started to work on a project at IBM in La Hulpe. Here I did the development of "Learning Universities" in HTML, Javascript and Dbase. During this period I got the opportunity to become the Javascript expert at IBM.Toghether with a colleage we also toke care of the graphics. (internet and intranet).

After several traingings in Windows NT Server Admin I started to work as a system engineer and helpdesker at various customers. I got the opportunity to install new Novell servers, develop applications, improve support,...
