Ilse Media and Sanoma Publishers are implementing their Online Video Strategy. In line with this Strategy I made a couple of deals with owners of premium video content.

The two youth-oriented companies Newrulez and Yourscene were planned to merge into one company. I was hired to do that merger and setup the new organisation.

LibertyTV was a Digital Theme Channel specialized in Travel. Broadcasted via UPC, @Home and other cable companies we aired 24h Travel TV. For each report we made a crossmedia link to an online travel shop, offering current and bookable trips.As member of the management my responsabilities were commercial deals, the content and our own productions.

René Stokvis Producties (SNP) is part of Endemol Holding in The Netherlands. With a lot of Branded Content programs, Stokvis wanted to get Branded Content to a higher level. In this year I made proposals for Branded platforms.

In 2002 Ozlo merged with some other companies in the Lowe Lintas Group and in 2003 we merged again with Draft. As the Brand Activation company in the Lowe Group we made 360 concept and campaigns: Brand Building/Communication, TV commercials, Radio campaigns, DM, Sales Promotion, Online etc. As a Client Services Director I was responsable for a number of clients, amongst:- The Coca Cola Company (FMCG)- Stivoro (NGO)- Dutch Chambers of Commerce (B-to-B)- Bruna (Retail)- Het Net (B-to-C)- Unilever Brands like Blue Band, Calve, Iglo (FMCG)- Autodrop/Freedent (FMCG)- Amstel (FMCG)- KLM Cargo (B-to-B)

Ozlo was the Interactive Agency in the Lowe Lintas Group. It was one of the leading creative online agencies in The Netherlands and lead agency in the European network for, first Ammirati Puris Lintas and later The Lowe Group. Our agency handled both National and International clients.

Qi was in 1998 a new independent Interactive Agency and one of the first to approach the Internet from a pure Branding point of view. Making all-media concepts for clients like Brand Bier, MSD and Libertel (now Vodafone).

cyberLAB was one of the first Interactive Agencies in The Netherlands, When we started, the Internet was in its first phase. Browsing only texts on grey background with some images in Netscape 0.9. cyberLAB was really a laboratory where we experimented with new techniques. We had the luck to be able to make the first online steps for mayor brands like:- Postbank (First online transactional site)- Philips (First webpresence for multiple products)- Peugeot (First online introduction for the new Peugeot 406)- Visa (First webpresence)- Pearl (First webpresence)- 3M (Pan-european sites for multiple Brands, multi-lingual)- ABN AMRO (Second webpresence)and more brands like FBTO, Citroen, Bart Smit, Felix, Shell...I started as a trainee, working with the founder and Creative Director, Glenn Pennock. Thanks to his trust in me I was able to grow and have an enormous freedom, helping as his 'second in command' grow cyberLAB to 45 FTE.cyberlab was the predecessor of EuroRSCG 4D

Fast Translations was my own translation agency. Translating game manuals from English into Dutch, French, German and Spanish. With a network of selected foreign exchange students I worked for the major Computer Game Companies.Clients: Sega (Japan), Nintendo (Japan), US Gold (UK), Electronic Arts (UK).Sega requested in 1992 that we would send the manuals per E-mail. So my first Internet Account was a dial-up account to CompuServe in London in 1992
