In my current position, I am responsible for driving process improvements, organizational changes, and regulatory management for BSH's European region. I work collaboratively with an international team of consultants and report directly to the CFO of BSH Europe.My core responsibilities include:• Providing support to drive internal audit follow-up and reporting the status to the European Management Board on a quarterly basis. Planning, coordination and support to local internal & ISO audits;• Developing and enhancing of the internal control system (ICS) by mitigating (process) risks and testing control performance;• Driving continuous improvement of processes and controls across region Europe; • Developing consistency in our regulatory framework (Group Policies, Regulations and local instructions);• Leading, coordinating or supporting the implementation of regional projects and process improvements;• Leading organizational management and streamlining regional structures.

In my current position, I support BSH in its ongoing organizational development efforts, helping to improve its change capability. I advise on process improvement and projects, among other things, by analyzing and enhancing organizational and departmental processes from a quality and efficiency perspective, with a focus on meeting the needs of internal customers.In addition, I manage and coordinate the Internal Control System and serve as a member of the Operational Excellence steering committee. I provide functional leadership on projects and report directly to the CFO/MD of BSH-NL.

As sr projectleader, I managed diverse projects, and gave advice about projectmanagement and other organizational topics. Examples are:• A project about the care for elder people due to the aging problem. I.e. the organization of a symposium for care professionals to take note of changes and bottlenecks in the local environment, formulating a shared vision about this theme with relevant stakeholders and the improvement of internal and external cooperation.• A project to reduce hospitalization time by using LEAN tools like valuestream mapping & fishbone analysis;• Giving advice and drafting policy about integral riskmanagement in cooperation with the risk officer.• Policy deployment about the integration and working procedure of patient information brochures used in both hospital locations.As Information Security Officer I supported the board and managementteam of the Waterlandhospital in her strategic responsibility towards information security. I advised them about safeguarding protection of privacy and information related to patients, staffmembers and organization.

As a projectlead, I managed, supported, and coordinated multiple projects within the organization. My responsibilities included translating project objectives into a project plan, ensuring the execution, monitoring, and reporting of these projects across different departments. I also initiated and maintained project procedures, tools/templates, and methodologies to ensure consistent and high-quality project management governance, resulting in satisfied customers. In addition, I coordinated, monitored, and administered the entire project portfolio and prepared monthly and quarterly reports for directors and management.Furthermore, I conducted research, initiated implementations out of the Business Management department, and coached colleagues who were taking on the role of project leader.Examples of activities, projects, and researches which I have done:• Developed and implemented a management control framework;• Developed and implemented a Project Management Office (PMO);• Supported the implementation of a LEAN culture, standards, and tools at several departments;• Implemented a new management information system;• Led a program to implement new regulations and processes about customer integrity;• Led the program Vision 2016, implementing the new strategic vision and business cases at the local bank;• Ensured a smooth migration of former Friesland Bank customers to the local Rabobank;• Implemented new laws and regulations, such as the Dutch bankers' oath;• Implemented new work procedures and processes, such as chain management;• Conducted research and provided advice about the usage of IT in the New World of Work environment (remote office);• Conducted research and provided advice about several issues in the financial advisory services department;• Conducted research and provided advice about the performance and usage of the intranet system and website.

The traineeship was a two-year program that involved various assignments and jobs to help participants identify the profession and working environment that best matched their abilities and personality. The ultimate goal was to prepare employees for a management or specialist role. In addition, VDS Training Consultants provided a personal development program that included extensive training courses and peer sessions. The focus was on individual growth and development, helping participants gain greater self-insight, knowledge, and personal leadership skills.

Rabobank offered me the opportunity to write my master's thesis on the economic impacts of banking activities. My research focused on how to measure these impacts and how Rabobank could use the resulting data in their annual corporate social responsibility report. After completing my thesis, I prepared to conduct an economic impact assessment for Rabobank in Tanzania."

In this job, I served as the intermediary between the construction team, internal customers, medical staff, and facility management department. I held a steering role and was responsible for planning, realizing, and following up on all facility processes related to hospital construction, renovation, and removals. These processes involved managing a floor area of 10,000 square meters.

After my internship, I was asked to serve as acting site head of the Facility Services department for a period of 3 months. In this position, I was responsible for a facilities team of 6 employees. Among other things, I coordinated the completion of office expansion and relocation of about 70 workplaces.

I conducted a customer satisfaction research for the department facility services. Furthermore I performed a quick scan, looking at the existing and the desired situation of the facility department and gave specific and results-oriented recommendations on how to achieve an excellent facilities organisation and corresponding service level.
