By providing proactive guidance, personalized support, and valuable resources, we empower our customers to unlock the full potential of the Betty Blocks platform.- Customer Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key enterprise customers. This involves understanding their goals, needs, desired outcomes and challenges. Working closely with them to ensure their success in utilizing the platform and our professional services.- Customer Success Strategy, Planning and Execution: Developing and executing a comprehensive customer success strategy that entails onboarding, adoption, change management and growth acceleration. We collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement best practices, processes, and metrics to drive customer success outcomes. Establishing goals, track customer health and adoption metrics, and implement (innovation and application development) strategies to continuously improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborating closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, product, consultancy, project management and support, to align strategies, share customer insights, and coordinate efforts.
