RednWhite is one of the largest wine and spirits distributors in Tanzania.In my role I am;- Responsible for daily operations and implementation of strategic plans. - Key management team member involved in budget and cash planning. - Imports, distribution and despatch management. - Main contact for government agencies (NSSF, TRA, OSHA etc). Heading HR and performance management. - Fleet and fuel manager. - Responsible for international and local procurement planning and execution. - Key contact for various service providers (insurance, IT, shipping, vehicles etc). - Supervisor of all non sales related departments (e.g. office management, procurement, credit control, imports department, warehousing).

- November 2016-March 2017, Netherlands. Wrote business case for a new business venture in The Netherlands. Includes; budgets, planning, strategy.- April-July 2016 Rakops Foundation, Botswana. Development work involving irrigation, agriculture, agroforestry and capacity building. A short consultancy for a project donor; I analysed current state of affairs of various activities of the foundation. Developed an agricultural plan for 3 hectares. Lived and worked in rural Botswana

Supervision of borehole drilling (depth 150m) and development of PVC pipeline (2km, head 225m) and pumps. 2. Installation of drip irrigation system (approximately 1 acre) 3. I developed a new financial system including all business unitsThe lodge is a commercial luxury tented camp near Ngorongoro Tanzania to provide financial means for the adjacent Children Home. The project is non-for-profit, non-for-loss.
