Turn Around Leader ethylbenzene styrene monomer (EBSM) unit prepared with agile team of 20FTE, executed in the midst of the Covid-19 virus pandemic with 600 contractor field workers in a 6 week TA period. The scope consisted of >800 maintenance, ppm and repair jobs, >40 projects, TIC 45 MM$, roughly 230.000 manhours. Member of plant management team.
