Arjan founded Tridion in 1999. SDL Tridion is a leading provider of enterprise web content management software. During the initial years of Tridion Arjan was as a Chief Architect responsible for direction of research & development and execution of Tridion's technological vision. In his current role he focuses on Analyst relations and helps to set company and product strategy base on his market insight and vision.Arjan started his career founding the company '3wis Internet Service' (1994), 3WIS managed several high-end technical Internet project for clients such as the Dutch railways, all public Dutch broadcasting companies and publishing companies like Wolters Kluwer and Percombinatie (leading newspaper company in Holland). In 1997 3WIS merged with Topics interactive factory to form Twinspark Interactive People. As Technical Director at Twinspark, Arjan was responsible for the technical execution of projects and product development. Twinspark, in turn, was acquired in July 1999 by AGENCY.COM. Arjan holds a degree in Computer Science, has advanced expertise in the content management area and was earlier nominated to VWB Media's annual 'ICT Manager of the Year' award with six other Dutch ICT managers.
