As the Creative Head of Radix, I spearhead the creative teams to deliver exhilarating online and offline creative campaigns that run at a global level. I ensure that all designs meet the highest quality standards, deliver the brand promise effectively, and creatively capture our audience's mind-share. I lead a team of passionate designers, web developers and marketing professionals, and lead the entire lifecycle of our creative messaging and branding process, including strategy, conceptualization, design and implementation.• Recruiting, leading and managing the design and front-end development teams.• Managing the work-flow, prioritization of projects assigned to the team.• Performing Q/A analysis of completed projects.• Directing UI and UX design in all app and web development projects.• Ensuring that the working processes (planning, documentation, etc) are run efficiently.• Identifying and liasing with specialized performance marketing and influencer management agencies, both international & local.• Ensuring adherence to project timelines.• Understanding business requirements and creating products/dashboards to optimize business objectives.• Working closely with the web development and product development teams to build out usable and highly effective web apps and websites.

When I joined in 2009, it was a tiny start up consisting of only 5 employees. My second summer while studying for my Bachelor’s in Mass Media was spent at Euro RSCG, Mumbai working on the HDFC Bank team. The key campaigns I worked on during that time were rolling out the promotions of the consolidation of the client with PNB Bank & South India focused marketing campaigns pushing for the usage of credit & debit cards during the festive period of Akshaya Tritiya.

My first foray into the advertising world was a summer spent interning at Ogilvy in the Client Servicing department working on the Brooke Bond & Taj Mahal Tea APAC Business. My time was primarily spent on new TVC launches in Pakistan as well as the Red Label’s major ATL/Outdoor push that year.
