Current- Maryland Real Estate Commission (MREC) Licensed Broker of Record- District of Columbia Real Estate Commission (DCREC) Licensed Broker of Record- Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission Licensed Broker of Record- Supervisory responsibility via MREC and DCREC for affiliated Licensed Salespersons- Administrative, advertising, and licensing compliance for affiliated Licensees - Provide executive level support and leadership for a 100+ person organization - Set and communicate long term direction of firm - Build consensus and gain commitment behind vision and direction of firm- Accountable for execution of firms strategies, ensuring alignment of people- Oversee day to day operations, manage revenue and cost as it relates to P&L- Responsible for the management and administration of 500+ real estate transactions per year- Oversee $175M in written volume of real estate transactions in current year
