- Works closely with the Junior Management Consultant/ Senior Management Consultant assigned for the client to plan, create, and manage the overall process documentation. - Interview and document processes, review, submit and present ISO manuals for clients on time and with minimal to no errors. - Ensure that standard conventions and tools are used in the documentation of processes, such as policies, checklists, forms, process maps, etc. - Review the availability of process documents on a recurring basis to ensure that the most recent version is available. - Address and escalate any process deficiencies to the relevant stakeholders throughout the process documentation stage. - Define value stream mapping for process improvement initiatives. - Review the process changes with the Senior or Junior consultant to project the potential impact across allbusiness units. - For a specific period, oversee the organizing and archiving the document system. - Manage other tasks as assigned. - Conducts Initial Assessments/ Walkthrough Deliverables to clients- Present during certification body audits
