My career has taken me across diverse and dynamic fields—beginning in health and human services, moving to public transit, and co-founding Cardinal HR Solutions. I have spent over a decade supporting individuals with disabilities and those facing mental health and substance use challenges; I am committed to delivering person-centered solutions with empathy and compassion.As Deputy CEO of GATRA, a regional transit authority, I led strategic initiatives across our fixed route service, paratransit, micro-transit and NEMT programs, to optimize service delivery, streamline operations and deliver strong community impact. At Swiftly, a transit data platform, I worked with over 40 public transit agencies to improve the passenger experience and increase productivity. These roles have provided me with a unique perspective of the complexities within transit, from both the private and public side of the industry and has recently led me to focus on broadening the services Cardinal HR Solutions provides. Cardinal HRS began with a focus on traditional Human Resource consulting, but we are expanding to include supporting teams focused on organizational development, change management, and training. As the Principal Consultant, I am especially focused on partnering with public agencies as they navigate complex transformations.I am guided by the values of integrity, honesty, and humility, which shape my work and relationships.
