Responsible for development, stability and optimisation of the main customer facing web and app channels of Vodafone and Ziggo. Managing a team of 100+ multi disciplinary specialists.

Responsible for the Conversion Rate Optimisation and Analytics team for the Digital Channels. The teams won several CRO awards and created a strong experimentation culture in the company. For Digital analytics we’ve created a high-quality and flexible setup with Google Analytics, GTM, a custom build data-layer and a CDP to activate our data in owned and third-party channels.

After the joint-venture of Vodafone & Ziggo, I suggested to setup a truly converged team that would be responsible for the Digital Capabilities Analytics & Targeting for both Vodafone and Ziggo. By now this team is fully operational and we have some impressive results to show for it: • DMP setup that plays a crucial role in the entire organisation • Created a clear vision and strategy on technology and tooling for the data & personalisation needs of digital • Improved data cooperation across departments • Next level analytics setup based on GA360 and BigQuery • In-house developed, version controlled, TMS based on Typescript • In-house developed data-layer (DDM) • Digital Data Warehouse in BigQuery with data streams managed via Airflow
