BGB Dentistry is the continuation of the 7-year dentistry project of DPA Dentistry. We focus at guiding the best European dentists to establish themselves as professionals in the Netherlands through our own Dental Dutch program of 4 months (full-time). We are the only language institute in The Netherlands with a guarantee on getting the BIG-registration and a steady job at a good clinic. BGB is the abbreviation of Buena Gente Buena, professionals that besides being good at their job, also like to do good to the world around them.In my role as Head of Recruitment, I inform and encourage dentists about starting a career in the Netherlands. Through online video calls, but also at location through personal events or jobfairs. Because of my Spanish study background, I am also able to bring my passion for the Spanish language and culture into practice when I am speaking with Spanish dentists. Besides Spain, I have met and helped dentists from other EU-countries like Portugal, Greece, Italy, Poland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Hungary and Romania.

In addition to my role as Corporate Recruiter, I also enjoy my role as Recruitment Marketing Manager at BGB Dentistry. In summary, this involves everything related to Content Marketing, Online Marketing and Personal/Employer Branding. Examples: creating and publishing new content (like testimonials, storytelling-articles, webinars and other content about our BGB-programme, managing social media promotions and finally, website related subjects (like improvements and analysis website traffic). All this with the aim of increasing conversion and improving our branding.

At DPA Dentistry, we help and guide EU-dentists starting a career as a dentist in Holland. Besides finding a job in a Dutch dental clinic and a 4-months intensive Dutch language- and preparation course, we help the dentists with everything related to working and living as a dentist in Holland, including 3,5 years of intensive guidance. Regarding my role as Recruiter, I inform and encourage dentists starting a career in the Netherlands. Through Skype, but also at location through personal events or jobfairs. Because of my Spanish study background, I am also able to bring my passion for the Spanish language and culture into practice when I am speaking with Spanish dentists. Besides Spain, I have met and helped dentists from other EU-countries like Portugal, Greece, Italy, Poland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Hungary and Romania. From 2012 until the end of 2018, we have selected 25 groups and helped more than 250 dentists starting a career in Holland.
