In my role as a Corporate Recruiter ánd Recruitment Marketing Manager for BGB Dentistry, I am happy to meet EU dentists who are motivated to start or continue their dentistry careers in the Netherlands. I am in a position where I can help dentists take the first step towards improving their lives and careers, by helping them realise migration to the Netherlands.Our recognized program, which includes a 20 weeks- language course and 3 years of guidance, is something I truly believe in and feel enthusiastic about. Over the years, I have seen how the people who entered the program have been able to grow so much, both personally and professionally, and I am happy every day to be a part of that process.In my work, I am always looking for dentists who possess the "Buena Gente Buena" DNA: People who are good as professionals, but also good as a person. About myself, I started working as a recruiter in 2013, and never thought that this profession would have such impact on my career. In the last few years, besides working as a Corporate Recruiter and developing myself more in the profession of Recruitment, I developed a special interest for Recruitment Marketing as well.
