Automated the reporting process to increase efficiency by 30 times and accuracy close to 100%-Created system alerts for link failures between charging nodes. The alerts notified the responsible team resulting in early identification of the issue. This reduced the GPRS outage time by 25%-Trained the Customer care representatives so that they can have better clarity of the charging system.
