 Work with the technical office manager to prepare shop drawings, material submittals and plan submission dates according to the project schedule  Assist in delivery for the submittals as per the project schedule, and review & approve the contractors submitted documents.  Deliver submittals on time and in compliance with the contract.  Follow up with the sub-contractor to check the site & check the raised RFIs if they match the drawings or not for any discrepancies on site.  Prepare RFIs with the consultant/ designer for any discrepancies, clarification and any issues related to design as per the site condition  Follow up with the designers & contractor for all the pending submittals for approval.

The research was about structures/ building resiliency when engaged or utilized as an evacuation center in case of emergencies. The job was about:-Gathering data of the structures/building such as foundations, columns, beams, walls, ceiling, roofing, doors, and windows, total area and total height of the structure.-Preparing As-built drawings-Data organizing

The project was to design a community housing for Yolanda victims considering budget-friendly, resiliency and flexibility of the design.-Prepared architectural drawings-Estimates-Consultations of the end-users as part of the design process-Attended meetings and conferences with the Head Architect and staffs
