I. SPOC for Talent Acquisition - Management/Performance Management /Operations• End -to- end hiring experience including sourcing,recruitment,onboarding,induction and closure of background verification processes.• Work closely with management to ensure key-level hiring and succession plan. • Conduct annual headcount assessment in alignment with business units.• Drive annual performance appraisals/evaluation as per set schedules, provide technical guidance to appraisers , oversee proper documentation and timely decision making and communication of results. • Facilitate increment-promotion cycles basis the performance evaluation results. Close the year with 1:1 review meetings with all internal stakeholders. • Work closely with management (HODs, MD and HR Management (HRM) team in Regional Headquarters (RHQ) – India) & employees to improve working relationships, build morale and enhance productivity and retention. • Timely and error-free management of payouts(payroll, joining & annual bonuses, business awards, performance bonuses and special payments).• Support HRM Team to close annual employee survey with 100% participation rate, analyze the results; Plan and execute employee engagement activities basis findings. • Identify training needs for business units and individuals. Recommend to RHQ and execute. • Conduct and execute regular trainings for employees and people managers on varying subjects such as company culture, global employee guideline, anti bribery and HR agendas.II. Compliance & GA Management • Provide HR Policy Guidance & interpretation. • Maintain good working knowledge of local employment law and stay up-to-date with Labour Act, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.• Assist concerned stakeholders in conducting HR & GA audits. • Ensure compliance is in-check with regular consultation with company auditor and lawyer.• Plan and execute company CSR projects.
