He also came up with an innovative proposal to automate one of the most critical processes for our client. In February 2013, during a client visit, Arjun delivered a very impressive presentation of this proposal. The plan aimed to bring about drastic improvements with regards to audit compliance and costs, and was a major undertaking, requiring a great deal of thought and effort on Arjun’s behalf. I worked with him closely during this phase, and am currently involved in its implementation. Arjun was felicitated by the client and given the tag name ‘The Spark’ and later even went onto win an Innovation award for his idea. Seeing the potential in Arjun, his creative ideas and leadership skills, we offered him a leadership role in a new assignment. In response, he did an excellent job of improving the productivity of his team and coming up with creative ideas to help the client improve their processes. During the time I have known Arjun, he has distinguished himself as a conscientious and energetic worker. He has the qualities of a natural leader along with an enthusiasm for learning new theories and ideas."
