Maintaining the process of disbursement of all whole Delhi/NCR, PCH, MP and Rajasthan DSA and DST vertical. I have maintained digital and physical disbursement in pan Indian. Handling the all-product wise disbursement like LAP, Secured BL, SME, SMBL, Banking and LIP. Ensure process and Policies are adhering before the disbursement.Ensure pre & post approval documentation is accurate. Disbursement Dockets/files only after ensuring that all documentation is complete and all relevant. Ensure file is complete before disbursement. Do post disbursement checks and timely dispatch of files for archiving. Ensure that all credit reports and approval are in place also ensuring that policy and processes are adhered. Ensure that credit and operations processes are adhered. Ensure that loan system reflects same as provide in physical file and digital. Manage and resolve all queries, and Coordinate with all branches Credit and Sales as required. Interacting with customer and handling all post disbursement query and resolved within minimum TAT. I have maintained the Disbursal MIS, PDD and OTC MIS. Ensure that all disbursement files are dispatched to inhouse Delhi office and Vendor. File disbursement of LAP, BL, SME, SMBL, Banking and LIP after received the file from Credit team. I have maintained all CKYC data Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Chandigarh and Punjab branches. I have software knowledge like – Finnone, LMS, Pace (LOS) and DMS.
