• Handling the full life cycle of Recruitment • Sourcing, Screening of profiles suitable for the Client’s requirement, based on the requirement meeting with the Client time to time to understand the requirement and get the Feedback of the work done as per their expectations • Initial HR Interview with the candidate to check for their Communication skills, Technical knowledge and other details regarding last Salary drawn, expected Salary, Confidence level and so on • Updating and Maintaining Company’s Database • Taking up headhunting ( LinkedIn, job posting sites etc.) assignments for rare skills • Managing and posting of jobs in various Job sites (Dice.com, Corp - Corp, Monster etc.) • Preparing Daily/weekly reports of resourcing activities • Follow up with Clients and Candidates till final placement
