Responsibilities: • Pipe lay-out, install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, institutional, industrial. • Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks and waste and drainage systems. • Install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls. These piping systems may be used to transport water, waste, gases or hot liquids. • Providing adequate services will ensure that all water supply networks, waste and drainage systems are installed, repaired and maintained to meet all standards of building codes and safety.

Responsibilities as Plumber: • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications• Determine layouts and networks• Install repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems• Locate and mark position of pipe connections, holes and fixtures• Cut holes to accommodate pipes and fittings • Measure ,Cut bend and thread pipes in place• Join pipes with couplings, Clamps, screws, Bolts or cement• Solder or braze piping• Inspect and test pipe for leaks• Determine piping requirements and pipe sizing• Weld pipes• Repair Service and maintain plumbing systems or fixturesResponsibilities as Electrician:• Read blueprints or technical diagrams• Install and maintain wiring, control and lightning systems.• Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers.• Works from ladders, scaffolds and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring equipment and fixture.• Place conduit (pipes or tubing) inside designated partitions, walls or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes.• Construct and fabricate parts using hand tools and specifications.• Fasten small metal or plastic boxes to walls, to house electrical switches or outlets.
