Working at the all day dining restaurant (Beach Road Kitchen) as the head of the western section. Responsibilities including cooking and replenishment of the buffet for all meal periods, handling the ala carte orders from the restaurant and the hotel bar, providing breakfast and cocktail food items for our executive lounge. Formulating menus for the buffet on a daily basis along with basic trainings conducted for the kitchen and service staff ( taste panel). Cuisine including Italian, French, Indian, Japanese, American and local food.

Worked as an intern in one of the oldest stand alone fine dining restaurants in Mumbai. Was in charge of training and handling the cold appetiser section along with learning about food and wine pairings. Conducted a fair amount of ODC ( out door catering ) for various establishments.
