• Managing the vendors and internal functional teams to ensure alldevelopment objectives are met and to build up goodrelationship with the counterparts to streamline the development.
• Coordination with the vendors to ensure the productsdevelopment is100% in line with company’s quality & teststandards, and ensuring achievement of the assigneddevelopment & relevant KPIs such as sample delivery, on.
• Organizing the Pre-Production Meetings for assigned productcategories and ensuring the bulk quality compliant productionswith the defined product/quality standard and approvedsamples.
• Handling the global customer claims and returns by analysing thereasons/defects in order to eradicate duplication and favor rightfirst time.
