Currently, am working as State Programme Manager for World Deworm initiative with Evidence Action. Where am responsible for operation of deworm initiative by providing techno managerial assistance to state government of Telangana.My work experience exposure has enabled me to gain a vast understanding on managing large scale projects, building partnerships, and strategy development, giving me the ability to perform multiple tasks and deliver results. My roles also involved planning the annual plans, budgeting and more specifically monitoring the programme outcomes. Besides this, I was also responsible for coordinating with several stakeholders and leading team towards delivering targets. Knowledge management and resource mobilization are other areas of expertise.To demonstrate my skills related to resource management, in my most recent assignment have mentored CBOs /peoples institutions to run business from grant mode to partnership mode. Partnership in-terms of knowledge management and business operations; A corpus worth of about 1 crore was built by/for the CBOs.In addition to this experience, am being instrumental in developing mobile based apps which aims/ measures project outcomes enabling team to visualize their progress /achievements;I herewith submit that most of my work experience was related to partnership, technical assistance to government department,s social and behavioural change among the risk groups/marginalised communities, strategies were developed based upon specific needs and context.Was successful to replicate the successful interventions/models by involving government departments, CSRs adopt them few such example: - community based health interventions, technology based reporting system, Capacity building manuals – AV base
