IndustrialML is an enterprise software company which deploys real-time tools for continuous workforce learning and improvement, primarily through streaming data integration and communication in operations. In partnership with one to ONE Holdings (“o2Oh”) and its galvanized steel tube manufacturing companies, IML has developed a platform with navigation, communication, and reporting modules. We integrate man, machine, and material data from sensor, software, video, and audio sources via custom-built APIs and telemetry models. We perform analytics including real-time statistics and machine learning combining these data, and then allow users to interact with the resulting information via web dashboards, real-time alerts sent to text and audio sources, work instructions sent to our mobile app, and downloadable reports.The most important value of the IML platform is the ability to capture and communicate critical knowledge, data, and instructions in real time, making it faster to train or re-train workers and allowing them to do their jobs effectively without memorizing all necessary steps of their work.

Implemented kaizens and lean training to aid MSS Orange County in transactional process improvement, standard work in production, and inter-site inventory management (Kanban and forecasting). Generated a standard set of milestones and expectations for NPI program management (contract award to production release) at MCS North Hollywood. Technical skills included production and office standard work instructions, inventory control.Facilitated events to improve front-end demand management and provide a sitewide inventory reduction plan at MCS North Hollywood. Co-led a 3-day workshop including site leadership to overhaul daily business management and communication practices among all employees. Personnel skills included business management, change management, project management and workshop facilitation. Total business impact of relevant projects at MSS Orange County ~$380 K during tenure. Business impact at MCS North Hollywood is procedural, but site long-term targets include $30 million inventory reduction, 50% production lead time reduction (52 to 26 weeks), 50% NPI lead time reduction (2 years to 1 year).Meggitt Certified Lean Expert.

Reviewed, recommended and implemented changes to manufacturing processes and systems in the machine shop (current annual output ~$18 million). Time savings of 9% (41 hours in 4 weeks) in producing turned and milled parts trialed in the project. Topics included Kanban, process optimization, inventory control, statistical process control. Master of Engineering thesis resulted from project.
