Administrator Coordinator
Current- Planning of crew rotation and crew changes as per the roster and Maintain crew data base in the system
- Update and maintain all daily Production reports in Avocet system for Oil/Gas and water.
- ECC [Emergency Command Centre] function: Working closely with Roster Controller to help obtain a quick head count during fire alarms. In the Command Centre, update ECC status board, ECC Roster and Skeleton Crew.
- Participating in the department and area safety programs to eliminate injuries and preserve company assets. Identify daily hazards and recommend or implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Handling all administrative functions such as: updating organization chart, preparing of the monthly payroll, compiling daily, monthly and quarterly operating reports, handling mail, rotation schedule controlling.
- On a day to day basis, identify needs, priorities, and emergencies from the different site entities (Field Operations, Construction, Projects, Drilling) and plan logistics operations accordingly (material and passengers
