I was also responsible for liaison with related Government Organisations in Nepal and for day to day management and Executive decision making to guide the overall development of the organisation.The major destinations are the Nepal, Tibet and India and I used to offer the various services in this regions. I.e. Trekking, Peak Climbing, City tours, Jungle safari, Hotel booking, domestic flight booking, mountain flight, bungee jumping, volunteering and more according to the demand of customers. Porters' Progress, Nepal is an grassroot non profit organiztion working to improve the working and Living condition of Trekking Porters in Nepal.This organization was founded in 2000. I am involved in this organization since the inception . The major program are the Porters clothing Bank, Job based education and promote the basic human right of Trekking Porters in Nepal.

I started my career as a porter carrying heavy loads for mountaineering and trekking expeditions in the Himalayan region of Nepal. I had to move climbing equipment, Food supplies, bags, tents for expeditions that lasted at least 20days over mountainous terrain. I had to make decisions that safeguarded the care of the clients and the welfare of the field staff at the same time achieving the objectives of a successful expedition.
