Responsible for ensuring process / information security compliance for the projects• Guide the Project Managers in selection of appropriate life cycle model, processes that can be tailored• Conduct release checks for deliverables• Conduct Process Audits• Collect & submit project metrics, defects & risk details to Process Excellence Group• Escalation of any risks / issues identified in project to the Senior Management • SLA tracking for projects being facilitated• Identify best practices for inclusion in process library• Follow-up on the Non-conformities raised and assist the project team for closure of the non-conformities.

1) To design, develop and implement software applications and systems based on Business needs2) Understand and analyse the technical specifications and suggest code optimization ideas. 3) Develop software code as per specifications, by understanding customer requirements.
