I am a dedicated qualified safety professional as per Factories Act, with a robust background in safety management, specialized in lead and zinc operations at the one of the largest smelter in the world - Chanderiya Lead Zinc Smelter. With hands-on experience in handling critical projects like Fumer and RZO, including expertise in hot commissioning, I have consistently ensured the highest safety standards in challenging industrial environments.Transitioning into roles of increasing responsibility, I am currently serving as the Technical Analyst to the Head of Safety at HZL, leveraging my expertise in liaising with government officials, statutory bodies, vendors, and third parties. My ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights has contributed to informed decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.At HZL, I have been instrumental in driving a comprehensive critical risk management program and establishing its infrastructure inframatrix. This initiative has not only mitigated risks but also enhanced operational efficiency and employee safety across the organization.In addition to the above roles, I have acted the driving force for the PSM Audit Module and SRP Module. As the local admin for Enablon software, I manage nine modules to streamline safety processes.
