CurrentMy current responsibilities of managing regenagri (regenerative agriculture) certification include:- I am responsible for overseeing the certification process for farms in the Asia-Pacific region. My duties include reviewing and certifying assessments, reviewing contracting documents for new clients, and qualifying auditors and certifiers to ensure they meet the necessary requirements. I ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards expected by our clients. Additionally, I coordinate with various teams within Control Union, such as technical experts, auditors, and project managers, to ensure the successful execution of all program aspects. I closely monitor progress, identify potential risks or issues, and work closely with all Control Union offices to keep them informed of message and standard updates. In addition to these responsibilities, I also handle marketing and promotion efforts for the certification process.
