I was born in a remote village in Karnataka, grew up there for a few years there before being shifted to a hostel to complete my schooling and diploma. The hostel life was a tough one – here is where I learnt my most valuable lessons - tenacity, curiosity, and resilience. After my schooling, I circumnavigated my way to Bangalore – here is where I completed my Diploma.I wanted to do my Engineering in Computer Science, but I ended up doing my Civil Engineering due to lack of direction and guidance. I did side-gigs of milk delivery and part time driving to fund my Engineering and recently completed my Civil Engineering with flying colors. What helped me complete my Engineering is sheer hard-work and resilience. As I’m thinking of setting my foot into the world of jobs and career, I want to attempt something that not many people have attempted at the beginning of their professional journey – switch careers! I want to become a Software Developer! I’m trying to learn programming (Python) but I am not sure if my focus will take me to my destination. I have started to regularly attend tech meet ups and spread my network within the tech industry. While my love for Civil Construction related areas will never fade, my passion for Programming is pushing me towards building a new future for myself! Besides this, I volunteer regularly for pet related causes, love to travel and read.
