Quertermous Lab: I am working on a project investigating the mechanisms of GWAS identified risk loci in the formation of atherosclerotic plaques in coronary artery disease. My research involves cell culture work, luciferase assay, vector cloning, single cell analysis, mice work.

Schnitzer Lab - Built computing setups for other researchers in their computational work and participated in the construction of a custom two-photon microscope to aid in the lab's new experiments. Learned how to use MATLAB and developed a raster visualization and neuron extraction pipeline to visualize data from calcium microscopy videos.

Liao Lab - Focused on discovering novel mechanisms underlying AL amyloid cardiomyopathy and understanding the role of extracellular vesicles in disease.
