• Technological modernisation and up-gradation of the old Paper plant to enhance capacity from current level by a significant margin and making associated and required changes for the Pulp and Recovery plants to meet the demand of the raw material for the paper making process. • Led the technological up-gradation of Effluent treatment plant(ETP) of the paper plant through installation , erection and commissioning of the Dissolved air floatation system (DAF)• New technology introduction for enhancing the consistency of the recovered sludge being supplied to the board mills to generate additional revenue via installation, erection and commissioning of the Bellmer screw Press • Led the installation and execution of Centrifugal compressor to fulfill the compressed air required at desired flow and pressure to various section of Paper, Pulp, Recovery and Energy plants. • Upgradation/installation of the new ClO2 plant (4TPD) to do away with the conventional Chlorine bleaching agent in the pulp making process of the Wood fiber line (WFL)

• In-house design, fabrication and development of the water screening mechanism to removal of trash coming along with water, to target one of the major business pain areas. Received the Best kaizen chairman’s award for the same and garnered lots of accolades across Paper business for the brilliant execution of kaizen.• SAP module development for centralized engineering services to capture the service requests raised by various businesses like Paper, Energy, Terry Towel, Yarn and Colors textiles ltd. As a measure of the digital transformation of business and further redressal of the services requests raised by the plant users by utilizing the tool of single version of truth(SVOT).
