I am working in Cash and Bank team. Preparing around 30 Cash and Bank Reconciliations on daily basis and looking after month end activities like Reclass JE, Bank Accruals. Uploading the Recons in to Blackline every month..

I was looking after Posting of Manual Entries in SAP, Posting Advance Clearing Entries, Posting Transfer entries, Posting Prepaid Expenses every Month and Submitting report to Management, Preparing TDS and TCS Liability Statement every month, Posting Payment Entries and Posting Advance entries,Posting Railway invoices, Getting Balance Confirmation from Vendors Quarterly basis, looking after Stores and Spares invoices, Raw material Invoice, Services invoices,outward freight invoices , inward freight invoices, Reconciliation of vendor Statements, Following up with vendors for providing Credit note and other documents, followup with other Plants for reports or any issues, Helping team members.

I am here working in Procure to pay, Processing invoices like Normal invoices, Framework order, direct invoices, Freight invoices, import invoices.I went to transition for Kymore plant Madhya Pradesh.

I worked there in Accounts Payable Team for Aero US team, I was looking after Invoice processing , I worked in Kofax for indexing of invocies, i was helping to help desk team if there is any Queries, I was processing almost 150 bills everyday..I got Opportunity to work in GL team for almost 6 months, I got knowledge of Month end activities like clearing of Open items, I was processing of IEWA invoices and AEWA invoice on every month end...I took training from during project stage from Client place...I was working as good team member.
