Managing & Purchasing Raw Materials

▪ Making arrangements for clearance & to handle incoming shipments.▪ Confirms accurate receipts & entry in customized software and communicate the discrepancies (if any) to relevant parties.▪ Conduct physical stock count on periodic basis for variance analysis.▪ Run a series of inventory reports on weekly & monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item wise performance.▪ Work in liaison with IT department for all ERP/WMS related issues and recommend necessary measures to overcome such issues.▪ Actively involved member of several cross-functional teams, designed to reduce cost associated with the utilization and delivery of materials.▪ Negotiate freight to different location by air, road, and sea.▪ Effectively motivate and led staff to achieve superior performance levels with regard to inventory accuracy, customer service, and safety.▪ Interact with Local Govt. Bodies like Customs, MOH, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Port Authorities.▪ Ensure in time delivery of products to the customer sites fulfilling all procedural requirements.▪ Maintain & keep company logistics tools in working order such as store equipment’s, computers & delivery vehicles.▪ Ensure smooth logistic operations all time in a professional manner.▪ Organizes and directs operations’ work flow and job responsibilities within the warehouse to ensure effective management of the receipt, off loading, storage, packing, loading, and shipping of products to customers.▪ Develops good relationship with customers to ensure high customer service levels are maintained at all times.

 Maintenance of inventory record under online computerized environment, ensuring there is no shortage of items and prevents the ordering of excess inventory. Highlight stock accumulation, discrepancies, slow moving and fast moving item. To ensure the accuracy of the amount of inventory , taking random checking of physical stocks on daily basis Manage the minimum stock level item. Responsible for providing level 2 support to end users and giving them training on the preparation of stock related transaction like purchase order, martial receipt note, sales order, delivery note, sales invoice, sales return, credit note, good transfer, production process and stock adjustment . Responsibility include inventory verification, control and valuation of closing stock and reconciled periodically with physical stock vs. Stock card variance. Updating in the system as per the availability of the physical stock. Making certain arrangements to all products in our given boxes and then proper placement. Coordinate with sales coordinator with regards to availability of materials.

▪ Issues raw material & post in through system.▪ Gives weekly and monthly stock statement.▪ Maintain daily stock inventory level (finished goods & raw materials).▪ Ensure daily physical count of finished goods & raw materials.▪ Ensure that FIFO method of inventory system is implemented.▪ Ensure proper stocking of finished goods & raw materials.▪ Ensure that receipts and shipments of finished goods and raw materials are properly documented (receiving receipts & delivery receipts).▪ Receives raw material, check and prepare GRN.▪ Check the materials quantity & quality wise as per PO against the actual received.▪ Coordinate with Purchasing regarding local purchases.▪ Precisely follow all required Sop’s for gowning and disowning procedure in the manufacturing and packaging area. ▪ Ensure that all working areas are kept clean tidy.
