Working on capacity enhancement with contract manufacturers. Marketplace Supply Chain: Planning inventory management & shipments for Amazon, Flipkart and ensuring reduced returns due to wrong/ near expiry products. Planning inventory spread across Amazon/ Flipkart warehouses for minimum customer delivery time. Logistics: Inward and outward logistics management to ensure most reliable, timely & cost-efficient delivery to goods to customer & to us from suppliers.

 Spearheaded procurement of finished goods & MRO items by working closely with suppliers across Canada by negotiating prices and lead times. Created & monitored supplier scorecards. Issued PO’s to suppliers & work with invoicing team on Quickbooks to ensure timely & accurate payments. Led the Integration process of our CRM with that of suppliers, improving inventory timeliness and visibility.  Headed the inventory management for Toronto & Montreal Warehouse; improved processes (safety stocks, reorder points) to manage under and overstocks, reported discrepancies & take remedial measures. Developed monthly & quarterly demand forecasts and conducted supply planning accordingly by working closely with sales team. Managed technicians in the Ontario region- Developed & monitored KPIs, gave safety induction and scheduled techs by liaising with our customers.  Streamlined shipment process by using analytics to devise logistical paths and optimal transportation routes to minimize freight costs for DIY shipments.
