As a SOC Analyst at Singapore Smart Telecommunications for over five years, I have been responsible for preventing phishing attacks, analyzing malware, detecting threats, and improving SIEM monitoring using Qradar and Splunk. I have also contributed to triaging incidents and providing incident response using Cortex XSOAR, XDR, and EDR tools.In addition, I have leveraged my master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and my skills in Threat and Vulnerability Management, Palo Alto Networks Cortex, ArcSight, OSINT tools, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework to enhance the security posture of the organization and its customers. I am committed to continuing my education by taking new courses such as Security+ and CEH, and I am also a bug bounty hunter who enjoys finding and reporting vulnerabilities.
