• SAP Ariba | iValua eSourcing & Contract Management Activities : 1) RFx creation & execution2) eAuction creation & execution3) Contract Management • Maintaining regular contact with Operational Managers, Marketing Staff, Field Office Staff, Superintendents, Subcontractors, and other Purchasing Staff• Working with the Buyer / Commodity manager to support their projects on eRFx, Bid analysis and e-Auction.• New vendor creation and management of existing vendors in Database.• Carrying out and analyzing RFPs, RFQs and RFI, negotiating rates with suppliers, maintaining relationships with both internal and external key stake holders • Conducting eAuction Supplier trainings.• Uploading countersigned contracts into Ariba (MSA’s, NDA’s, Sow’s, Addendum’s, Change order’s & Supporting agreements)• Supplier creation in ariba• Involved in onboarding the new suppliers • Negotiating with the suppliers on the payment terms• Contract negotiations upon the users request• Docusign - Sending envelops for the signature and signing the envelops• Changing the Lead Time for the Materials based on the request

• Creating RFXs, conducting e-auctions and reviewing bids• Working closely with the sourcing managers in creating projects (RFI, RFP andauctions)• Collating the information from RFI, RFP and provide the detailed comparison to thesourcing managers post receiving the responses from the suppliers• Providing training to the suppliers for participating in live auctions• Conducting live e-auctions wherein all the suppliers will participate and provide theirbids• Analyzing and creating auctions bid reports and providing suggestions to the sourcingmanagers based on the results• Responsible for creating vendor database• Maintaining regular contact with Operational Managers, Marketing Staff, Field Office Staff, Superintendents, Subcontractors, and other Purchasing Staff• Working with the Buyers / Commodity managers to support their projects on eRFx, Bid analysis and e-Auction.• Contract Management - Uploading counter signed copies into Ariba tool.
