A 2018 Post Graduate Diploma holder in Industrial Management (MBA) from NITIE Mumbai.Pursued B Tech Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College Kozhikode in Kerala, recipient of the Gold medal at NIT Surathkal (M Tech Class of '16). Started corporate journey with Raymond Consumer Care (FMCG arm of Raymond ltd) in May 2018 as a senior management trainee. I lead a team working on the execution of Distribution network remapping through warehouse consolidation of the business under the direct oversight of the Supply Chain Head and CFO. My primary responsibilities also include driving the S&OP process to arrive at a 3-month rolling demand forecast and creating a production plan for the entire business. My other responsibilities include coordinating different stakeholders to generate monthly performance and improvement frameworks for the entire supply chain team and being part of a team to analyze capacity bottlenecks faced by the company to arrive at strategic capacity planning initiatives for the business.
