Associate Relationship Management• Co-coordinating for issuing Letter of Internet to Associates • Maintenance & renewal of agreements/bank guarantees.• Maintenance of database of all associates. • Communication tot eh associates on a regular basis updating Company policies, Marketing Related Activities, Network updates, Commissions payable etc. • Pop allocation • Maintaining goodwill by sending bouquets & greeting cards on their Birthdays, Wedding Anniversaries & opening of new outlets. • Loyalty programs. • Ensure Dealer commissions, Distributor claims, Incentives & any other channel payouts are made on time & ensure issues are resolved. • Database of Employee/Employee Spouse & Demo cards • Associate visits on a regular basis • Issuing letter of separation on non continuity with Company business after checking on dues to company if any and vice versa and refund deposit. 6. Regional Support • Provide complete backend support for the Sales team at regional offices • Interdepartmental co-ordination on a daily to resolve issues faced by sales team/channel in the market.
