*Epiroc Mining India – URE Division :Responsibilities :• Worked with all cross-functional teams to solve project related issues• Worked on product design and development & maintenance issues like FSM, PSM, RTS, updates & Cost reduction• Involved in the NPD process from scratch to the Prototype build & testing• Understand the requirement and plan work accordingly, ensuring on-time delivery with good quality & optimized efficiency• Project planning, Time Plan, Execution and on-time delivery of the tasks.• Create Bill Of Material (BOM), Change Notice (CN) and Change Request (CR) in Teamcenter• Apply GD&T, Weld symbols in production drawingsProject Handled :Engine Upgradation – Euro Stage IV :●Upgrade the engine unit components, like engine mounts, air filter system, cooling system, exhaust after-treatment systems to match the Euro Stage IV emission standards●Designed new engine frame, air and cooling mounting attachments, exhaust system & fuel tank to reduce the cost●Design & drawing of new parts for the mounting of the engine unit components●Detailed the parts, apply the required dimensional tolerances, GD&T and check for tolerance stacking. Selection of all the hydraulic fittings & hose routing for all necessary components. The engine unit has been built and prototype & testing successfully.• New Compressor Unit :  Designed new compressor unit for Concrete Spraying Machine. New layout for compressor unit and easily accessing & serviceability of all the components. Designed new compressor frame for mounting the sub-systems like cooling system, air filter system, pressure vessel, electric motor, compressor element and sensor set for the compressor with easily accessible. Designed and detailed new parts for mounting cooling system, air filter system, sensor set, and oil filter. Hose routing between the sub-components and select standard fittings. The compressor unit has been built and testing successfully.
