Maintenance Section: Maintenance of static equipment like heat exchangers, tanks, vessels, pressure safety valves, pressure relief valves and other valves, maintenance of rotary equipment like pumps and compressors• Planning section: Planning of works and materials, checking material specification, scheduling of preventive maintenance and condition based monitoring, scheduling of works contract.• Inspection section: Condition based monitoring of rotating equipment’s by SPM and vibration analyzer, thickness survey of static equipment’s, sound level monitoring, temperature survey using thermal imager, NDT of pressure vessel. • Central workshop: Structural and pipeline fabrication including welding, cutting, grinding and erection, hydro testing works, operation and maintenance of lifting tools and tackles etc.• Utilities department: Operation and maintenance of boilers, Induced draft cross flow cooling tower, Reciprocating compressors, Raw water treatment plant and Demineralized treatment plant. Assisted senior mechanical engineer in Major and Minor shutdown work during the year 2020-2021.
