CurrentProject 1: Kerala Food Platform•Program manager and product head for Kerala Food Platform, an initiative driven by the government of Kerala, India in order to empower co-operative farming communities. •Directly supervised a group of 4 developers, 1 architect and 1 solution consultant. •Created functional requirements and product definition documentation, along with the creation of desired user interfaces/experience. •Interfaced with the customer (Government of Kerala) in order to understand requirements, create awareness in the market and eventually train farmers in using the application. •Launched product in December 2020. Project 2: Platform Engineering •Head and end-to-end program manager of the platform engineering function of SunTec. •Directly responsible for a development team of 37 members. •Accountable for augmentation and maintenance of Xelerate 2.6 platform, which was live for over 10 banks, including the first SaaS project taken on by SunTec. •Mentored, developed and integrated over 15 fresh college graduates into the platform engineering team. This included not only one-on-one session, but also comprehensive design and implementation of a function specific training program for the incoming college graduates. •Established a clear path of contact for incoming change requests, aimed at funneling all requests through a centralized channel to increase work allocation efficiency. Project 3: Travel Product •Product owner for the Xelerate Travel Product, a strategic initiative to drive revenue through expansion in different business verticals. •Directly responsible for gathering of customer requirements, creation of functional specification documents, and eventual sprint planning for product development. •Leading a team of 3 developers and 1 technical architect to execute product development.
