I specialize in managing key aspects of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in handling employee profiles and the onboarding process, while streamlining operations to align with business objectives.In Talent Acquisition, I drafted and issued offer letters tailored to specific roles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with job-specific requirements. I also managed related paperwork such as Wage, Tax, and State Forms to meet federal and state guidelines. As part of Workforce Administration, I created employee profiles, set up payroll, and maintained accurate records of personal and job-related information. I regularly assigned and updated employee roles to ensure proper alignment with business needs. I oversaw employee leave requests, tracking different types of leave (e.g., STD, LTD, state, or parental leave) while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Additionally, I managed the employee referral and executive bonus processes.
