Utilising my experiences from my education and from operating my business, McLovin Tech LLP, I have worked with companies and brands from multiple sectors such as Advertisement, Film Production, Apparels and Radiography Health Instruments. I have worked on the following ideas and solutions:- Providing creative support for planning and executing a visual advertisement campaign- Improving on the operations of medical instruments' production to expand into newer products- Building an initial business development and marketing campaign for a new brand launch- Transitioning an apparels business from offline to online medium

As the co-founder and head of operations, I have worked on every aspect of the business and experienced the challenges of establishing a business. My responsibilities include:- Liaising with the online portals such as Snapdeal and Amazon- Evaluating the sales figures on a weekly basis- Maintaining an efficient cost-model in the competitive online market- Researching the market to expand the product lineThis experience has helped me enhance my leadership, communication and operations skills.

The preparations for the Civil Services examination has made me more patient and perseverant in working towards achieving my goals and objectives. It has more importantly improved my analytical skills.This experience has helped me gain a fresh insight into the history and the present of the country. It has also exposed me to the varied cultural commons and differences between different parts of the country. This knowledge along with the information from the curriculum will be beneficial to me as I have had the opportunity to study diverse subjects such as economics, history, political science, etc.

As an intern at Roha Infrastructure, I got the opportunity to plan a project with a government body to resolve the parking problems in Mumbai, considering the rising number of vehicles. I also learnt the process of completing a construction project from the planning to the final execution stage.

The strategic forum was composed of 15 youngsters selected from all over India to discuss the current youth issues and analyse the trends in the youth market. As a member of this forum, I worked on the following tasks:- Presented a business plan to capitalize upon the changing trends in the Indian media industry- Discussed the latest trends in the behavior of the youth towards societal as well as entertainment factors- Understood the functioning of a conglomerate as big as the UTV Group

As an intern at Chandra Trio Services, I worked on the following tasks:- Planned the media planning and buying strategies- Researched on strategic locations for publicity campaigns and empanelment procedures at government organizations- Presented ideas for the newly formed ‘Wedding Planning Division’, which the company used for client presentations

The company was in its initial phase, when I got the opportunity to work on its sales plan. As an intern, I submitted research papers on pattern of sales in shops and set-up a network of 35 retail stores for the sale of the first collection in Mumbai. I also conducted detailed competitive analysis and recommended pricing strategies, which the company later adopted.
