Responsible for the above all projects documents and carrying out all incoming, outgoing documents and drawings. As per correctly use all of client’s project document control system, manages fully document control for engineering drawing submissions, material submissions and RFI’s, NCR’s, Site Work Instructions, Site Advises, Non Conformation Notices etc., to client and contractor as well as controlling correspondence to sub contractors and all office routine works and arranging transportation. Responsible to attend telephone calls and maintaining proper tracking of all the documents and transfer to responsible person and registering of all incoming and outgoing documents, and office routine works.

Position Description Document control role was to develop, implement and manage a document control system for all incoming and outgoing drawings and correspondence. Devise a system of recording and distribution of all incoming and outgoing drawings and information. Check information on drawings for conformance with status and format agreed. Maintain up to date records of all information and ensure that it is available to the team.  Comply with all aspects of the design works instructions. Issue and distribute controlled copies of information in accordance with the design management plan. Liaise with designers and specialist suppliers on queries regarding issues of information. Administrative and Accounting works Quality production/reproduction of reports Proper arrangement of master file  Proper classification of documents Adapting / creating suitable filing method Allocating sequential Ref.
